Referral Partner Agreement

1. The program

This Referral Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between Power Money Group Pty Ltd (ABN 36 672 748 711) ( "Power Money Group", "we", "us") and the business or individual who registers as a referral partner ("Partner", "you"). By registering for the referral partner program, you agree to these terms.

2. What a referral is

A referral means introducing a prospective client to Power Money Group by passing on their contact details, with their consent, via your unique referral link or code. You do not provide credit assistance yourself — you simply make the introduction. All credit assistance, application handling and lender liaison is carried out solely by Power Money Group's credit representatives.

3. Referral fee

For each referred client whose loan settles, we will pay you a referral fee equal to 30% of the commission Power Money Group actually receives from the lender on that settled loan — not 30% of the loan amount itself. No fee is payable for referrals that do not proceed to settlement. Fees are calculated and made available for payment after we receive the lender's commission payment, and are payable to the ABN and bank details you provide.

4. Your obligations

  • You must not represent yourself as a credit provider, lender, or credit assistance provider.
  • You must disclose to anyone you refer that you may receive a referral fee from Power Money Group if their loan settles.
  • You must only refer people who have consented to you passing on their contact details.
  • You are responsible for your own tax obligations in respect of any referral fees received.
  • Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship.

5. No cost, no lock-in

There is no cost to join or maintain your referral partner account. You may stop referring at any time. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice; referral fees for settlements that occurred before termination remain payable.

6. Changes to this Agreement

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the referral program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
